Orders ship out within 1-2 days from the date of purchase. If you purchase a "Pre-Order" item, that item will ship out 1-2 days from the date that the item is scheduled to release. Any in-stock items that are ordered along with pre-order items will ship out 1-2 days from the date of purchase, and the pre-order items willship out 1-2 days from the date that the item is scheduled to release

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Eligible returns can be processed by mail or in store. To return an item by mail, please complete a Return Authorization request on our Contact US page. To return an item in store, please bring the item in its original packaging along with the printed order confirmation that you received by email at the time of purchase.

Items are available for Return within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn and unused with all ofthe original packaging and tags attached. Once all items are received and reviewed you will be given an option of a Refund or Store Credit.

If you select the Refund option, within 3-5 days the funds will be returned to the payment method used during your original purchase. If you select the Store Credit option, a credit will be issued within 1-2 days.You can use this credit at any time until the credit balance is completely used.
